  • Senior Thesis: me tools For my Senior thesis, I created "me tools," a series of journals which aim to redefine journaling and cater to different needs.


    Did you ever want to journal but weren’t quite sure how to go about it? A blank sheet of paper can be very intimidating. “Me tools,” on the other hand, is designed as a series of four unique journals which you may use to record your reflections, your goals and plans, your recollections, and your inspiration. “Me tools” is not merely a blank sheet but a structured system with questions and prompts to guide your journaling process. Journaling can be a powerful mechanism for achieving self-growth and improvement.
